The Gas House Gang
a proud softball affiliate of the St Louis Cardinals.**
The Gas House Gang was a dream that turned into reality during the summer of 2005. A group of friends from Glendale High School, located in Springfield, Missouri, decided that they should start a fun softball team, little did they know what would become of it. The original team consisted of Josh Beaird, Wes Campbell, Preston Finkle, Chris Jackson, Matt McQueary, Sam Nelson, Laura Pearson, Shane Riechert, Angela Robinett, Julianne Robinett, Sarah Schnieder, and Kristy Stacy. Now, there are two teams, with players from all over Missouri, including 4 different Colleges (Missouri State, Drury, Missouri, and Arkansas). The Gang has consistantly played within the Springfield Park Board's Softball leagues, which are governed by ASA rules. The Gang currently has an above .500 record.
